Originally recorded by the BBC for the Rock Hour/Pete Larkin show in the USA this is a cracking sounding 14 track concert of the Jam at their incendiary best. It was recorded in Newcastle some time in 1981 on the Sound Affects tour i think but i dont have an exact date. anyway thats not important. what is important is that you listen, enjoy and then leave a comment. thanks!

Evening all.a quick post this evening from mr weller and his merry men is this 20 page souvenir tour program from the Beat Surrender tour in 1982. Lots of photos of the guys and ads for clothes shops in Londons swinging Carnaby Street. Its in a pdf format so you wont have any problems reading it. The Jam - Down in the Tokyo Subway '81

this is an audience recording of the full show from the jam in tokyo sometime in 1981.i believe there is a better quality fm boot around but its not the full show.anyway its a good quality audience boot from the always brilliant 'jam'.its strange but listening to this you can almost feel the bands frustration at the very polite clapping at the end of each song from the tokyo audience.or maybe thats just me.but i think for fans of the band you've got to have this for your collections.so listen,enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!
