greetings listeners.what you see before you is a great compilation of various madness performances from various jools holland tv shows including later with.... and his new years hootenanny. there is also some songs with suggs performing with jools rhythm and blues orchestra and also with the blockheads.you also have madness performing at the diamond jubilee concert earlier this year.unfortunately i dont have all the dates from when the shows were originally broadcast but its a great listen and i must say a big thanks to reggie for all his work in putting this together.21 tracks for your listening pleasure. Crisis of Conformity - Fist Fight!

Afternoon listeners and welcome to sunny muebles towers on a cold wet afternoon in old London town. This little gem is another of Dave Grohls many side projects. Its a feckin cracking blast of 80's style hardcore. The "a-side" reminds me in particular of sixpack by black flag for some reason although to you it may sound like someone else. The "b-side" reminds me of a song by suicidal tendencies that i cant quite remember the name of. Anyway give this a listen and it s guaranteed to chase away any oncoming winter blues. For me it bought loads of memories of a misspent youth flooding back, i hope it does something similar for you all too. so now just listen,enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros - Glastonbury 1999

this repost was requested by Terry and an excellent show for you it is.this one is taken from a (probably)bbc radio 6 re-broadcast in 2003(i think).anyway its 12 tracks long and features a great mix of clash and mescaleros faves.joe is on great form and dedicates 'rock the casbah' to an ex-drummer of his you may have heard of.the sound here is brilliant and sounds fantastic on either good speakers or headphones.so you really,really have no excuses in not playing this c.d loud,enjoying it and then leaving a comment on it.thanks!
