Great stuff. Really appreciate hearing some of the "Celtic" remixes of standards like "Tell Me When My Light Turns Green", which I've not found before. Many, many thanks.
Thanks for this download , can't wait to listen to it
I agree with you ^^!
many thanks for this. Keep the Dexys coming.Love the era circa 81/82 when they had the songs and personnel to raise the roof.
It was the Royal Court in Liverpool 16 March 1983. Part of a radio one week in Liverpool. Other gig was Wah & icicle Works. Couldn't get tickets and R1 reception on 247 was crap in Liverpool so great to hear clearly.
Thanks for the dexys music. infact thanks for all the great music.
Thanks for the Dexy's file. there was a problem with phase that shifted the stereo image but I fixed that with a phase reversal & then some maximiser.
Excellent gig - even if he was out of tune several times - all passion & that's what matters.
Cheers

As the earlier poster said the gig was at The Royal Court Theatre, not the University.
In the words of Max Boyce, 'I know, because I was there'.
From memory there was a lot of mucking about as part of the set was live on Wonderful Radio One and some of the crowd got a bit restive as Dexy's had insisted that the bar downstairs remain closed.
