good morning campers,time to rise and shine!for breakfast today we have this offering from mr.strummer and his merry men recorded live at londons town and country club way back last century in 1989.its got a good mix of clash songs and l.r.w songs too.

i actually could have gone to see this as i'd come over to london on the ferry from ireland to see the ramones at the t+c club,seeing posters for this and thinking i could go and see them as well but er.....forgetting probably because of way too much consumption of cider.but anyway its a great gig and brings back memories of a great few days in london for me.actually if anybody has the ramones at the T+C on the 9th October '89 please,please get in touch,that would be super fantastic.anyway listen to this c.d to start your day(if you are in the same time zone as me!)enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

a really great sounding energetic performance from the clash here for your delectation.one of two nights played at glasgows legendary apollo theatre.a great spoken intro from mr strummer with the band firing on all cylinders throughout.a definite keeper for your collections.so once again its time to blast away those oncoming winter blues with a good blast of what the doctor recommends.ie play this loud over and over again,lie down for a bit then come back and leave a comment.thanks!

continuing todays clash theme comes this liitle gem snappily titled 'theatre mogador vol.2'.its taken from a week long residency the band played in paris at the mogador theatre.i will be posting what is labelled 'vol.4' straight after this post.now im assuming there is a vol.1 and vol.3 and possibly even 5,6 and 7also but i dont have them.if anyone knows if they exist please let me know.in the meantime listen to this,enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

The Clash - Paris Nights

the first of several clash live boots for you today this is a nice recording taken from the 'impossible mission' tour, this gig was recorded in paris in may 1981.im not sure what to say about this gig except i really like 'safe european home' and i like the ennio morricone intro music.it reminds me of a ramones gig as they always did the same.anyway you should know what to do by now but just in case ill remind you to play loud,enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

The Clash - Revolution Rock in Hammersmith

another quality clash boot from the muebles archives.this is a good sounding gig recorded at hammersmith palais in 1980 and features 31 tracks if ive added them up correctly!.the cover calls it 'revolution rock' and says it was hammersmith odeon (but it definitely isnt from there!)and the cd when ripped says 'clash story book' so its not the original cover art.anyway just enjoy a great show from the last gang in town.play loud,enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

good evening everyone out there in interweb land.back from a short break from the blog comes this excellent live show from the clash in 1977.this is a recording done on the first night of the white riot tour.16 songs in total in a show bursting with clash energy.i would have loved to have seen the clash at this time in their careers so unless time travel is invented i will have to make do with this show.so once again kids its time to play this sucker extra loud,pogo like its 1977,enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

ATTENTION CLASH FANS!does anyone know where to download the show thats playing on bbc radio6 at the moment.its a documentary by don letts about the clash playing the bonds shows in new york.if anyone could help please get in touch.i know theres at least 3 episodes of it about half an hour long each.thankyou
