The Slits - Primavera Festival 2010


as a tribute to Ari Up lead singer of the slits who died yesterday,i present this gig recorded earlier this year at a festival in spain.there are 11 tracks here with a great version of 'i heard it through the grapevine' being a standout for me.this is a brilliant recording and i think really shows what a brilliantly underrated band i think they were.our thoughts are with her family and friends at this time.

    Thanks. Loved the group. Sad to hear about Ari but the music will live on. Thanks for all the other stuff you post as well.
